Tush concentrate on quite bold and brave photographic styles - not shying away from grain, harsh light and experimentatinion with colour and form. Txema's editorial style is very varied, but it's easy to see why his work ended up in Tush. I'd love to shoot for Tush myself actually, but my german and italian lie somewhere between apalling and non existent... so in the mean time, I'll make do with writing about them here.

Being perfectly honest, I'm not, generally speaking Terry Richardson's biggest fan. I completely "get" his style and why he does it, I guess it's just bolder and harsher then my personal tastses, for the most part. That said, I really thought subject, photographer and style connected well in this piece. There's also some great work from Riccardo Tisci, amongst others. The link in this article will take you to the whole article and some more images and I'd thoroughly recommend buying muse.

The styling, the model choice and the photograpphic style all come together so well for me. This isn't new, but it's a great starting point and actually influenced some of my styling for some black and white work I did earlier in the year.

Anna Maria Jagodzinska to my mind was the perfect choice for the shoot and shot by Tom Ford himself, he was bound to take what he was looking for from the campaign. I love the use of what's loosely termed "implied" nudity and Anna Maria carries the attitude perfectly. It's a great portrait and a great piece of fashion photography. Kudos Tom Ford

Anyway, here's an image from it, and here's Tom Ford's web site
