Experience
1996-date Re:Production /TVS Media Ltd. Managing Director
- Developed the company from a PYBT funded fledgling design house to one of the most recognisable and respected contemporary design agencies in the region.
- Built an impressive private and major public sector client base including National Express Group, Goodyear, Arriva, Tesco, Dollond & Aitchison, Asda and Central Trains.
- Achieved consistent growth for the first 12 years of business
- Managed a permanent staff of 9 with flexible labour levels increasing to upwards of 20 designer / developers for major cross media and portal projects.
- Responsibility for and success in board level client liaison and negotiation in public, blue chip and SME private sector concerns.
- Responsibility for internal and external communications strategies, within cross media campaigns utilising a varied and innovative marketing mix on both open and closed book basis.
- Complete financial responsibility covering budgetary, ledger, banking and crown issues.
- Vast strategic, consultative and practical experience of consumer and corporate communications material in public and private sectors.
- In depth knowledge and experience of full life cycle project management throughout the complete media mix.
- Vast experience in print production and reprographics with a just in time emphasis.
- Widely experienced in both IT and print procurement,
- Consultative experience in the following fields: Integrated Marketing Communication, design / print production and supply chain management, all aspects of e-business & online communication, portal & enterprise wide CMS deployment.

- Winner of 2 x 2007 Interactive Media Awards for Fashion and Charity Sectors.
- Regular contributor to Design Council projects, including focus groups and the designers into schools directive.
